Delivery Policy

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days, subject to product availability.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee within 5 business days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• You must contact us at baysideturfequipment@gmail.com within 5 days
• Products must be returned at your own cost

We recommend using registered post and insuring the parcel, as you bear the risk of loss or damage in transit. Refunds are not provided for products that are used, damaged, altered, or returned in poor condition.
